1. Delivery Area
We currently provide home delivery across Chennai, subject to service availability.
2. Free Delivery
Free home delivery is available for orders above ₹2,000 within Chennai.
3. Delivery Time
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a business day are generally delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM are generally delivered on the next business day.
- Orders received on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, traffic, weather and other circumstances.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, tampered or wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.
