We currently provide home delivery across Chennai, subject to service availability.
2. Refund
Refunds will generally be initiated within 24–48 hours after approval. The amount may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Product photographs
- Package photographs
After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund.
4. Return Eligibility
For food and edible products, opened or used products may generally not be eligible for return, except in cases of damage, defect or incorrect delivery.
